Job Descriptions & Requirements:

Responsibilities:

. Able to motivate and lead the sales team.

. Good sense of communication. Able to build and maintain strongrelationships with sales team and customer.

. Able to work in full autonomy and yet able to follow thedirection and strategy of the management.

. Good fashion sense and keeping up to date with current trends.

. Good knowledge of retail business.

. Able to train promoters and improve the visual merchandising.

. Understand the market, competitors and brand environment.

. At least 5 years of managerial exposure.

. Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers,merchandising, etc.

. Able to work shifts hours/weekends/public holiday.

. Customer service oriented.
