Job and Responsibilities :
To assist in managing a team of service department, providing guidance, support and coaching as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional customer service and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
To delegate tasks, set performance objectives, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the team meets or exceed service targets.
Involve all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring service call to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Coordinate with other department to optimize resource allocation and meet service demand effectively.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, maintenance schedules and inventory management.
Ensure that all service activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of employees and clients.
Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Manager or Management.
Requirement :
Must be at least 3-5 years experience in construction (ACMV) industry.
5 days work week.
