Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for client development, driving operational excellence, and store support across multiple locations. You will lead strategic initiatives in supporting business operations, team leadership, and store expansion to elevate the brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Operations & Retail Excellence

  • Provide timely sales and operational reports to support decision-making.
  • Manage team incentive schemes to drive motivation and performance.
  • Monitor and optimize operational budgets for strong store performance.
  • Oversee store audits and coordinate in-store campaigns with Marketing.
  • Maintain brand-aligned visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Manage stock control and product replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Implement and refine SOPs to ensure consistent operations and service quality.
  • Conduct regular coaching and training to elevate team capability and standards.

Sales & Client Experience

  • Grow and manage VIP clientele, delivering personalized and memorable experiences in partnership with Marketing and frontline teams.
  • Oversee client interactions, including after-sales service, ensuring professionalism and empathy.
  • Lead client engagement initiatives, including events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
  • Partner with corporate clients on customized sales campaigns to enhance brand presence and unlock new revenue opportunities.

Store Expansion

  • Support new store openings and market expansion, including timelines, lease negotiations, and vendor coordination.
  • Act as a key liaison with landlords, vendors, and contractors for space management and promotions.
  • Assist in multi-channel retail expansion across high-street, mall, and pop-up locations.

Requirements:

  • 57 years of proven retail leadership experience, ideally within the luxury or premium lifestyle sector.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in new store openingsfrom lease negotiations and fit-out coordination to launch execution.
  • Diploma or higher in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in client development, multi-store operations, and team leadership, with a passion for delivering exceptional retail standards.
  • Solid commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L, budgets, and KPIs, and a track record of driving profitability and business growth.
