RETAIL EXECUTIVE

Jobs Responsibilities

• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company's standards
• Assist in the display of products, Stock take, housekeeping, replenishing and updating of sales display area
• Responsible for inventory control and stock replenishment
• Maintain and uphold the retail outlets image and hygiene standards at all times
• To drive and achieve sales targets
• Assist Store Manager in oversee the day-to-day operations of retail outlet
• Assist customer with product selection, enquiries on products specs and functionalities
• Handle Customer enquiries and complaints
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Manager

Requirement

• Diploma/ GCE A level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE O level with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Independent and team player with good leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer oriented is a must
• Able to work on mid night shift and/or rotating shift
