RETAIL EXECUTIVE

. Promote and demonstrate products to potential customers in retail stores, emphasizing product features and benefits.

. Provide excellent customer service through strong interpersonal and communication skills.

. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.

. Actively participate in visual merchandising, marketing and inventory activities.

. Ensure products are neatly displayed, well-stocked and presentable. Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store

. In-depth understanding of the company's products.

. Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand impact.

. Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs set by the sales manager.

. Ability to work weekends depending on activities

. Proactive and capable of working independently

. Outgoing personality, good at interacting with customers and building rapport

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Goal-oriented, motivated to pursue sales and achieve results

. Experience in retail sales, customer service preferred
