RETAIL EXECUTIVE

Job Description

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival.
• Guide and advise customers on wine selection.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
• Learn and follow the store's opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct periodic retail stock counts.
• Assist in organizing and updating merchandise displays in the store.
• Participate in events, promotions, and roadshows as required.

Job Requirements

• No prior retail experience required on-the-job training will be provided.
• Interest in wine and willingness to learn about wine products.
• Flexible and willing to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
