BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven Retail Excellence and Commercial Trainer to join our dynamic team here in Singapore.

Job Purpose:

As part of the South Asia regional training team, your Mission is to support and develop the sales team in delivering the best client experience corresponding to our Commercial Training direction and contributing to the stores business goals across different channels.

About the JOB

In this role your duties will include:

  • Deliver Bulgari's training strategy within your defined stores, partnering with Store Managers to roll out training modules.

  • Animate the category of ambassadors appointed through local activities, all year long

  • Ability & confidence to present to external stakeholders during events e.g. Regional High Jewelry showrooms/Media events/Prospecting events organized by other departments.

  • Drive retail excellence KPIs through data dashboard analysis and in partnership with Store Managers to work on specific action plans to drive commercial strategy.

  • Plan and manage Client Advisor's learning roadmap through identification and tracking of training modules and providing ongoing feedback to Store Managers and Country Leads on the performance of individual Client Advisors.

  • Actively drive corporate focus through sustained in-store coaching contributing to the culture of shop-floor focus and positive recognition. (target 60% of time in store)

  • Accountable for co-ordination of training events to be organized in class/in store or digital sessions deployed by the trainer or external consultants.

  • Identify skills gap and initiate locally driven trainings to improve skills set/level of Client Advisors.

  • Responsible markets; Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines

About YOU:

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • With minimum of 5 years of training execution, design expertise and project management experience, preferably in Luxury brands.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Able to do in-store coaching and possess training methodologies (processes, techniques and tools).
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and 1 other language preferred.
  • Strong classroom training engagement and delivery.
  • Based in Singapore office, willing to travel.
