Retail Cashiers are responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, cash register operations and safeguarding company assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to handle Point-of-Sales duties & equipment necessary to perform the job
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Preform transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Ability to safeguard company assets
- Maintenance of Cashier Counter
- Housekeeping duties such as ensure sufficient plastic bags, PAID stickers, NETS paper, audit rolls for POS (Point of Sale) and credit card machines
- Do area cleaning to ensure cleanliness of store
- Help out in sales of items and extended warranty
- Promote and Encourage customers to opt for Best Denki membership Sign-ups on the mobile app
Requirements:
- Pleasant personality with genuine aptitude for customer-service related work.
- Good communications skills and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Able and Comfortable working full shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Perform Rotating Shift
- Is able to speak and write in Basic English
Probation: 3 months
Salary and Allowances:
- Basic salary: $2,100
- Public Holiday Allowance: $100 for working on all public holidays in a calendar month
- Attendance Allowance (After Confirmation): $60
Work Arrangements:
- Number of Off Days in a Month: 6
- Minimum Number of Full Shifts to Fulfill Per Month: 6
- 5-6-5-6 Work Arrangement where staff works 5 days this week, 6 days next week, 5 days the following week, so on and so forth.
Work Shifts:
- Morning: 9.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Afternoon: 2pm to 10pm (1 hour dinner break)
- Full Shift: 9:30am to 10pm (1.5 hours meal breaks)
