Role Overview
We are hiring IT Service Desk professionals with strong customer support experience and bilingual communication skills. The role involves handling email and phone-based technical support while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT service desk support via email and phone
Handle customer queries in English + Japanese OR English + Mandarin
Resolve basic IT technical issues
Support users on applications, APIs, MFT, and host-to-host connectivity
Log incidents and service requests
Follow ITIL-based service desk processes
Deliver high-quality customer service and communication
Required Skills
Fluent in English and Japanese OR English and Mandarin (Read, Write, Speak)
Experience in IT Service Desk / IT Call Centre
Strong email writing and communication skills
Customer service experience in technical environment
Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge
Exposure to:
APIs
MFT (Managed File Transfer)
Host-to-Host integrations
Application support
