Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet & welcome customers with great attitude and willing to serve.
- Prioritize customer service above all.
- Handle day-to-day shop sales and cashiering related duties.
- Attend to multiple customers and phone enquiries.
- Assist with stock take, display and arranging of stock, etc.
- Maintaining store image and maximize sales, fulfilling customers needs.
- Shifting products in and out of shop during opening and closing
- Cleaning and tidying of entire shop, ensuring store environment in tiptop condition
- Any other adhoc duties assigned.
