Retail Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer prescription, work order and payment records.
• Assist with inventory receiving and stock replenishment.
• Support day-to-day retail store operations.

Requirements:

• Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Able to work in a retail environment with extended operating hours.
