Responsibilities
- Render the high level customer service to all customers
- Assisting of customers
- Handle basic arrangement of the merchandise
- Display the products according to the guidelines given
- Other ad hoc merchandising duties
- Work closely with the internal departments on the relevant promotion events
- Handle all escalated queries/feedbacks from the customers
Requirements
- Minimal experience in customer service/retail will be a bonus
- No qualifications required
