Responsibilities:
- Provide Expert Optical Advice: Offer professional guidance to customers on selecting suitable spectacles and frames based on their prescription, face shape, lifestyle, and personal preferences.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure a welcoming and helpful experience for all customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a customer-first attitude at all times.
- Maintain Store Operations: Oversee daily shop operations, including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and organization to ensure a smooth and professional retail environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and receiving merchandise, and conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate records and product availability.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in optical or general retail is advantageous.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Works well in a team environment and supports colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
