Retail Assistant

• Position : Retail Supervisor
• Location : Changi Airport
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - 8/10 hours shift between 5.30AM to 1.00AM (44 hours per week)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,500 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 day every year) + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Increment
• Duration : Perm

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers professionally to drive sales and enhance satisfaction.
• Generate new business through walk-in traffic and phone enquiries.
• Uphold service excellence standards and brand presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Support daily operations, including invoicing, packing, stock replenishment, receiving, and inventory checks.
• Maintain high standards of boutique cleanliness and visual merchandising at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE Qualifications or a related field
• Prior experience in retail
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and shift hours
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
