Retail Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

. Picking and packing online groceries order Groceries

. Assist and develop company's digital marketing strategies

. Provide creative ideas and maintain the listing of the product.

. Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.

. Maintaining and promoting online presence for the company through Social Media.

. Involve in the sales and marketing activities, as to handle in sales planning activities such as launches of product and product development.

. Labeling and sorting products

. Perform Quality check for receiving and releasing

. Responsible for stock taking and cycle count duties

. Enter data into a database system to maintain up-to-date stock records

. Ad hoc duties as assigned

. Training provided

. Pick and Pack of goods onto pallets.

. Loading and unloading. . Other Adhoc duties as assigned.

. Ensure safe handling of goods.

. Observe Safe Work Procedures while delivering goods to Customers.

. Familiar with Singapore roads is an added advantage.

. Physically fit / Manual handling of heavy items.

. Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments) Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates

. Handle complaints from customers

. Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses, and competition

. Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable

. Make sure all employees adhere to the company's policies and guidelines

. Act as our store's representative and set an example for our staff

. Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

. Proven experience in sales and customer service.

. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
