Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product inquiries
- Operate POS, handle payments, and process returns or exchanges
- Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Support sales through product knowledge and upselling
- Work as part of a team and follow health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic math ability for handling transactions
- Friendly, reliable, and approachable attitude
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
