The Role
Were looking for passionate, customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our growing team. As one of the first hires in our flagship, youll play a key role in shaping the customer experience and bringing our concept to life.
This is not just a sales role youll be an ambassador for our community of brands, ensuring every customer feels welcomed, inspired, and excited to shop at With Love.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming environment for every shopper.
- Be a product expert across multiple brands sharing stories, features, and styling tips with customers.
- Support day-to-day operations: replenishing stock, maintaining displays, and keeping the store tidy.
- Assist with fitting rooms, checkout, and packaging purchases.
- Help with backend tasks including receiving deliveries, stock counts, and inventory management.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and share feedback on whats working with the team.
- Support events, activations, and community activities in-store.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not essential passion, positivity, and a strong work ethic are what we value most.
- Excellent communication and people skills; comfortable engaging with a wide variety of customers.
- Enthusiastic about fashion, lifestyle, and supporting independent brands.
- Proactive and reliable willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays (rotating shifts).
