Retail Crew Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store presentation.
• Receive, check, and bring in goods for storage or display.
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, following FEFO/FIFO practices.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness - staff take turns with cleaning duties as there are no dedicated cleaners.
• Ensure hygiene of counters, dining area, and equipment.
• Clear and sanitize tables promptly to provide a welcoming dining environment.

Requirements

• Retail or F&B experience preferred training will be provided at the outlet.
• Energetic, hands-on, and willing to handle both sales and backroom tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO stock rotation practices.
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy goods during stock replenishment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
