- provide excellent service to walk in customers
- Responsbile for omni channel customer services, including, but not limited to, online selling, social selling, digital marketing places.
- Support daily store operations & housekeeping
- Oversee store merchandising / restocking
- Handle POS system, cashier duty
- Provide high level of customer service with good product knowledge
- Promote a healthy team environment with co-workers
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- PASSION for outdoor & sports is a must
- Ability to work and communicate well with others
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Problem solving ability and ability to analyze information
- Good PC knowledge
