What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service & personalised beauty consultations
- Recommend makeup & skincare products tailored to customer needs
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge & client engagement
- Build long-term relationships with customers (clienteling)
- Maintain visual merchandising & store presentation standards
Who We're Looking For
- Fun, vibrant & well-groomed personality
- Prior Beauty Advisor experience preferred
- Passion for beauty, skincare & makeup
- Strong service mindset & communication skills
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: $2,200 - $2,800 (up to $3,000 for Seniors)
- Attractive monthly incentives & commissions
- Gross Salary: $3,200 - $5,000++
