- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves with new products.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional activities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Administrative tasks such as stock ordering, inventory count and basic reporting
- Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Location :
- Changi Airport transit area (Transport provided for opening shift and closing shift)
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work shifts (rotating), including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
