Our client is from Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Operations Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West area.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Handle credit notes and claims, coordinating with relevant teams to verify and resolve issues.
Oversee customer and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and assisting with renewals or negotiations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for contracts, operational processes, and related activities.
Assist cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of operational targets.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance service quality.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Generate regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and customer service metrics for management review.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Management/Supply Chain or relevant field studies.
Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, preferably with exposure to customer service and contract management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with data analysis.
