Key Responsibilities & Job Scope
- Sales & Performance Management: Drive revenue growth by analyzing KPIs, sales reports, and market trends.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor daily operations, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manage visual merchandising to maximize sales.
- People Management & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Inventory & Budget Control: Oversee inventory levels, stock flow, and loss prevention, while managing area budgets and operational costs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and improve market share.
- Store Openings & Expansion: Support the setup of new stores and manage brand representation.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 2-4 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Operational Proficiency: Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and, at times, POS systems.
- Business Acumen: Ability to analyze sales data, create performance reports, and implement strategies.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on a 6-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and retail hours
