Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Job Scope

  • Sales & Performance Management: Drive revenue growth by analyzing KPIs, sales reports, and market trends.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor daily operations, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manage visual merchandising to maximize sales.
  • People Management & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Inventory & Budget Control: Oversee inventory levels, stock flow, and loss prevention, while managing area budgets and operational costs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and improve market share.
  • Store Openings & Expansion: Support the setup of new stores and manage brand representation.


Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Generally 2-4 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Operational Proficiency: Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and, at times, POS systems.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze sales data, create performance reports, and implement strategies.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on a 6-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and retail hours
