Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback promptly.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage cash flow, daily sales reports, and assist with budgeting.
- Implement promotional activities to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate the team.
- Good problem-solving abilities and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices.
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours as required.
Education:
- Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
