What You'll Do
- Lead the floor with clarity: Direct service teams during shifts, keeping operations smooth and stress-free.
- Create lasting impressions: Welcome guests warmly and model the standard of attentive, professional service.
- Keep the flow moving: Manage seating, pacing, and table turnover to reduce wait times while keeping comfort high.
- Shape the atmosphere: Ensure music, lighting, and ambience reflect the right mood throughout service.
- Coach in the moment: Offer guidance, feedback, and encouragement to junior staff as they serve.
- Partner with management: Stay aligned on shift goals, service standards, and operational updates.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of front-of-house F&B experience (supervisory experience a bonus)
- Calm under pressure, even when the floor is at full capacity
- Strong communicator who motivates and supports a team
- Flexible with rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
