About Us
At Twenty is an intimate 14-seat Japanese restaurant and bar located in Lorong Telok. We offer carefully curated omakase courses and la carte menu, featuring premium Japanese ingredients paired with exceptional wines and sake.
Position
Service Staff (Part-Time)
Working Conditions
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sundays)
- Working Hours: 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM
- Hourly Rate: S$15 - S$20 (depending on experience and skills)
- Other Conditions:
Work is on a shift basis, and for 6-hour shifts a statutory break is included.
Employment contracts will be concluded in accordance with the Singapore Employment Act.
Salary will be paid monthly via bank transfer.
CPF contributions will apply for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
Leave entitlements will be provided in accordance with the Singapore Employment Act, depending on number of working days.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Taking orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Wine and sake service
- Table setting and clearing
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining area
- Processing payments
- Explaining dishes to guests (after training)
Requirements
Essential
- 19 years old and above (due to handling of alcohol)
- Available to work at least 3 days per week
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Well-groomed with good personal hygiene
- Able to provide warm and genuine hospitality
- Singapore Citizens, PRs or those legally eligible to work are welcome
Preferred
- Restaurant service experience
- Interest in or knowledge of wine and sake
- Basic Japanese language skills (not required)
