- Supervision staff: Managing and training staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient service and adherence to standards.
- Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Inventory management: Maintaining accurate inventory records, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Financial planning: Manage with budgeting, cost control, and tracking sales and expenses.
- Scheduling:Creating and managing staff schedules, including opening and closing procedures.
- Management Responsibilities:
- Hiring and training: Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff members, and providing training on restaurant policies and procedures.
- Staff performance: Monitoring staff performance, providing coaching and feedback, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Health and safety: Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and other relevant laws.
Additional Duties:
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between management and staff, and between staff and customers.
- Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during service, such as equipment malfunctions or customer complaints.
- Supporting marketing efforts: Assisting with promotional activities and special events.
- Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Business, Culinary and F&B Management
- Min 2-3-year experiences in F&B industry
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Passion for the F&B industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays and events as required
