• Employment: Full-time
• Salary: Up to S$4,500 per month

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including service and kitchen coordination.
• Lead, train and supervise the team to maintain service and food quality.
• Plan staff rosters and allocate duties for smooth shift coverage.
• Monitor sales, manpower costs, stock levels and food wastage.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards are maintained.
• Oversee ordering, stock checks, cash handling and daily sales reports.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and report outlet performance to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with staff scheduling, inventory management and cost control.
• Hands-on and able to lead the team during busy service periods.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including late closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
