Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Salary Range: SGD 5,000 - 6,500
Job Responsibilities
. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
. Manage and lead the restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
. Monitor food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
. Handle inventory management, supplier coordination, and cost control.
. Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
. Address and resolve customer feedback and operational issues in a timely manner.
. Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational performance for management review.
. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Position Requirements
. Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
. At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the F&B industry, preferably with restaurant supervisory or management experience.
. Passionate about the catering industry, experience in managing chain restaurants is preferred.
. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operational tasks effectively.
. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by restaurant operations.
. Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking staff, handling Chinese-language menus and training materials, and engaging with a Mandarin-speaking customer base.
. Familiarity with Chinese cuisine operations will be an advantage.
