Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of a fine dining establishment, deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards, and lead a professional service team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and optimal guest satisfaction
- Maintain and enforce high standards of food safety, hygiene, and service quality to comply with regulations and brand expectations
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving guest feedback and concerns professionally
- Build and sustain strong relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and repeat business
- Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff to improve performance and service consistency
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to develop staff skills and meet operational goals
- Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage during all shifts
- Uphold the restaurant's brand identity and service standards consistently across all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to coordinate service flow and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements to enhance productivity and service quality
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in fine dining
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with guests effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
