Job Description
- Lead, train, and supervise service staff to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised restaurant environment at all times
- Create a pleasant dining atmosphere for customers
- Oversee food presentation and retail products to ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
- Engage with diners to gather feedback on food quality and service
- Review customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives
- Handle customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner
- Report incidents, accidents, customer complaints, and feedback to management
- Perform cashiering duties when required
- Place purchase orders with suppliers and manage stock replenishment
- Plan and manage duty rosters for the service team
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
Retail Operations
- Monitor supermarket inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- Ensure products are properly stocked, attractively displayed, accurately priced, and safely arranged
Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with respectful coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Good knowledge of company products
- Good personal hygiene practices
