We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations at Yanhuo. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, and supporting strong bar management. The ideal candidate is service-driven, operationally sound, and confident leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily front-of-house operations
Ensure smooth service flow and consistently high hospitality standards
Lead by example on the floor, engaging guests and handling service recovery when required
Manage reservations, table allocation, and overall guest flow
Supervise, train, and motivate service crew and bar team
Oversee bar operations, including beverages, inventory control, and ordering
Ensure outlet cleanliness, organisation, and overall presentation at all times
Handle cashiering, POS operations, and daily closing procedures
Monitor sales performance, beverage costs, and guest feedback
Support promotions, events, and monthly operational reporting
Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in F&B
Strong understanding of front-of-house and bar operations
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Passion for hospitality, people management, and guest experience
