North Miznon is located in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District. Helmed by one of the leading figures in the Israeli culinary scene and appeared as a judge on the highly acclaimed Israeli MasterChef, chef Eyal Shani, who imparts a sense of magic in every bite.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Captain of the Ship: Take charge of the entire outlet, overseeing every aspect of operations from opening to closing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Team Leader Extraordinaire: Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards, all while keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging.

  • Operational Wizard: Handle all the nitty-gritty details-scheduling, inventory management, and quality control-making sure the outlet operates like a well-oiled machine.

  • Guest Happiness Hero: You'll keep the energy high and the guests happy. Any issue that arises You'll handle it with charm and finesse, leaving everyone smiling.

  • Team Motivator: Lead your team by example, making sure everyone on the front of house team is working like a well-oiled machine while keeping the vibe positive and fun.

  • Sales and Promotions Pro: Drive sales with creative promotions and events, keeping the outlet buzzing and guests coming back for more.

  • Compliance Champion: Ensure all health, safety, and legal standards are met, keeping the outlet in top shape and everyone safe and happy.

  • Cleanliness Commander: A clean service floor is a happy service floor. You'll lead by example, making sure the front of house area is spotless, organized, and ready for action.

  • Problem-Solving Ninja: If a problem pops up, you'll tackle it head-on with a smile and a solution. Quick fixes and smooth shifts are your thing!

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a high-volume environment

  • Excellent communication and hospitality skills

  • Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
