Restaurant Manager

$5000 - $5300 per month

Full time

. Working Location: Central Area at Neil Road

. Working Hours: 6 days (Tuesday to Sunday)

. Basic Salary from $5000 - $5300

Key Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

1. Daily Operations :

- Daily briefing with service and kitchen team on reservations and customer dietary restriction

- Oversee inventory levels on ordering supplies

- Staff scheduling, roster for service team

2. Customers Service :

- Ensure High quality standard of food quality presentation

- Gather and act on customer's feedback or complaint promptly

3. Staff Management :

- Hiring and recruitment onboarding new staff

- Provide training and enhances skill and knowledge on customer service and upselling techniques and food safety

- Co-ordinate with team mate on monthly inventory stock count for wine

- Effective communication with kitchen team

4. Marketing and Promotions :

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients

- Promoting the brand through local events, social media and word-of-mouth

- Actively update on company social media platform

5.Financial Management:

- Manage budget, tracking expenses and control cost

- Identify opportunites to increase revenue

- Generate reports on sales, labour cost and inventory management

Operations:

- Manage table assignments, reservations and seating

- Monitor dining area cleanliness and ambiance

- Ensure accuracy of orders, billing and payment processing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Good command of spoken and written English

- Understand and speak basic Mandarin

- Pleasing, Mature & Cheerful personality

- Knowledge of Wine

- Excellent guest service skills

- Good knowledge of food and beverage service, if have knowledge of wine is an advantage

- O Level or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field

- 2-3 years of work experience in F&B similiar
