The Role & Responsibilities :
As our Restaurant Manager,
-Leading and Training: Motivating and developing your team to provide outstanding customer service.
-Operational Excellence: Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
-Guest Experience: Creating a welcoming and memorable environment for all our guests, and promptly addressing any concerns.
-Financial Management: Managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing sales data to drive profitability.
-Problem-Solving: Handling day-to-day challenges with a positive and proactive attitude.
Abalities:
-Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-A passion for the food and beverage industry.
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-A deep understanding of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory software.
- Having basic knowledge/ experience of Myanmar cuisine.
