RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

. Perform store opening and closing procedures accurately and on time

. Manage purchasing of materials and coordinate timely deliveries to maintain stock levels

. Plan and manage the restaurant's budget and financial forecasts to achieve or surpass management targets.

. Maintain cleanliness, security, and safety standards throughout the store environment

. Enhance restaurant profitability by prioritizing revenue growth and subsequently controlling operational costs.

. Accountable for the restaurant's profit and loss, implementing effective cost control strategies.

. Communicate clearly with customers to identify needs

. Conduct month-end inventory control

. Follow workplace safety, security, and health guidelines consistently

. Handle special customer requests and investigate complaints to resolve issues promptly

. Ensure store cleanliness, food hygiene, and proper maintenance of equipment

. Liaise with suppliers to manage orders, deliveries, and billing issues effectively

Job requirements

. Willingness and ability to work varied hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays

. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead teams and manage projects

. Analytical skills to identify problems and implement effective solutions

. Basic math and computer skills to support daily operational tasks

. Self-driven and proactive attitude to work independently and as part of a team
