Job Summary
You will cook high-quality, authentic traditional Bangladesh dishes, using your knowledge of herbs and spices to prepare food that meets established standards. You will plan and arrange ingredients for daily preparation and orders, understand customer requirements, introduce new dishes and menus, and monitor stock rotation to maintain inventory accuracy.

- Monitor and enforce stock rotation procedures to maintain inventory freshness and reduce waste
- Maintain consistent food quality by following established food standards and preparation techniques
- Manage kitchen workload effectively during busy periods to ensure timely food preparation and service
