The Restaurant Captain oversees daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise service crew during daily operations
Coordinate table assignments, reservations, and guest flow
Ensure service standards and SOPs are consistently followed
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
Assist with staff training, briefing, and on-the-job guidance
Support opening and closing duties
Liaise closely with kitchen and management team
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant restaurant service experience
Prior experience as Captain / Supervisor preferred
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed
