We are looking for experienced Resident Technical Officers (RTO) for both Civil & Structural (C&S) and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) disciplines to support site supervision works in Singapore.
The RTO will assist the Resident Engineer in ensuring all construction works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
General Responsibilities (Both C&S & M&E)
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor contractor's work progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Conduct site inspections and report any non-conformance
- Ensure compliance with BCA, LTA, PUB, and other authority requirements
- Maintain proper site records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Attend site meetings when required
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Must be registered with IES / ACES as RTO in Singapore
- Minimum 35 years of relevant site supervision experience
- Experience in construction projects (building / infrastructure) preferred
- Good knowledge of Singapore codes and regulations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
