Conduct daily site inspections and assist in site supervision to ensure compliance with design specifications, construction drawings, and relevant codes.
Support the project team in supervision and coordination duties, including facilitating coordination meetings, resolving technical issues on-site, and ensuring timely communication among all parties.
Attend and participate in site meetings, inspections, testing, commissioning, and coordination of works.
Supervise systems and electrical installations, ensuring that design documentation is accurately and safely implemented on-site.
Ensure adherence to project Do's and Don'ts at all times.
Review project drawings and specifications, highlighting discrepancies or potential issues prior to commencement of installation works.
Maintain comprehensive daily site records, including progress of works, instructions to contractors, materials delivered, daily activities, weather conditions, site visitors, and other significant observations.
Prepare and submit daily reports on work quality and rectification progress.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Working location : Walking distance from Dhoby Ghaut and Fort Canning.
At least 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
