Registered with IES/ ACES with min 5 years relevant working experience of civil and structural works in construction sites.
Must be fully conversant with BCA Regulations; able to maintain systematically site records, government contract documents and meet BCA reporting requirements.
Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structure Engineering or local Polytechnics in Building with experience in supervision of civil & structural works.
Experience in supervising major earthworks, roads and drainage works, and preferably PSPC girders or segmented post-tensioned viaducts, installation of utilities, and associated works.
Required to travel and work at a few sites.

Job Descriptions
Provide site supervision for Civil, Structural and miscellaneous works for infrastructure projects.
Liaison with Contractor on work schedule, progress, work quality, site safety and quality control etc, in relation to Specifications.
Ensure works carried out by the Contractor are in accordance with the drawings and specifications, approved work methods and schedule.
Liaison with relevant authorities and local communities for works executed on site.
Carry out site supervision duties as specified under BCA regulations and report to the project QP and Project Engineers.
Give regular feedback and report as required to the Consultant on the works progress, as well as improvement items pertaining to safety, supervision, security, construction, maintenance, etc.
Actively participate in weekly site safety inspection with Contractor and Authority's Representative.
Chair daily monitoring review meetings with Contractor(s) and IM Contractor(s) to review readings (using real-time monitoring systems) and identify trends of concern in relation to all construction activities.
Inspect site and surrounding structures regularly to check for any visible damage to surrounding structures caused by the works.
Responsible to daily reports including shift report with accurate details of works, incidents, labour, materials, plant and equipment used, including standby and idling time, breakdown, repair resources, location of activity and duration of activity.
