Resident Technical Officer

Contract period: Jun 2026 to May 2028

Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturdays: 8.30am to 12.30pm

Scope of services:
. Supervision and coordination of the construction of the civil and structural works of the project and exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract period.
. To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works to ensure that the works are constructed to required quality and accuracy.
. To maintain proper and update daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site.
. To verify reports and claims submitted by the contractors.
. To record all variations as instructed or approved by Consultant Team.
. To attend to contractor's queries and co-ordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.
. Responsible to the consultants who will have overall control of the site supervisory staff and also discharge of duties are listed following items of works.

Qualifications, skills & experience:
. Minimum a certificate recognize for registration as RTO.
. Registered RTO with IES
. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
