RTO Job Scope:
- To carry out full time site supervision as Resident Technical Officers as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations
- Contract period is 36 month to cover the construction of a 7-storey warehouse and a 11-storey mixed use facility at Sungei Kadut St 1
- Contract start date: Jun 2026
- Total 5 RTO position to be filled, to assist the lead RE, covering the supervision of structural and architectural works
Remuneration:
In addition to monthly salary,
- 1 month of AWS for will be provided upon completion of 12th month and 24th month of service respectively
- 4 months of gratuity to be released upon completion of contract
Job Requirements:
- With valid RE/RTO certificate issued by IES
- Minimum 5 years working experience in building works supervision
