Quality Assurance & Compliance Supervision: Conduct rigorous supervision and inspection of all civil and structural works to ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and all local authority regulations.
Technical Coordination & Issue Resolution: Proactively coordinate with contractors and consultants to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex site issues pertaining to civil, structural, and integrated fit-out works, ensuring seamless project execution.
Site Monitoring & Progress Oversight: Perform daily site inspections to meticulously monitor work progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety protocols, mitigating risks and preventing delays.
Non-Conformance Management: Immediately identify, document, and report any deviations or non-conformities to the Resident Engineer (RE) or Senior RE (SRE), and diligently track the implementation of corrective actions to closure.
Technical Documentation Review: Scrutinize and verify shop drawings, material technical submissions, and contractor progress claims for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
Administrative Reporting & Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and submit comprehensive daily site reports, detailed inspection checklists, and all necessary documentation to ensure a clear and auditable project record.
Regulatory Compliance Assurance: Guarantee that all site activities and completed works fully comply with statutory requirements, building codes, and established industry best practices.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering or a recognized equivalent qualification.
Certification: Must be a registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for Civil & Structural works with IES/ACES.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of BCA regulations, Singapore standards (SS/CP), and all applicable workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements.
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in reviewing and coordinating shop drawings, with a strong understanding of the interfaces and integration challenges between fit-out elements and primary structural systems.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with contractors, consultants, and authorities.

Min 5 Year of Prior experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects for industrial or factory buildings, Hospital Buildings, particularly those involving cleanroom environments, will be considered a significant advantage.
