We are looking for a Resident Surveyor for (construction of tunnels)
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles.
- Survey, establish demarcations and guide for construction to proceed.
- Check and compute the pre-computation prior to any setting out for field surveyors.
- Verify accuracy of survey data, measurement, and calculations.
- Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing.
- To coordinate with engineering team to prepare engineering drawings and sketches.
- Design drawings including layouts, elevations and details.
- To provide drawing modifications and advice on altering design changes to suit site condition under the guidance of Engineers.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Land Surveying / Geomatics or its equivalent.
- Working knowledge of STAR.NET software.
- Preferably eight (8) year(s) of post graduate working experience in LTA projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & Civil 3D BIM application.
- Able to supervise and lead the survey team for handling all survey related issues.
- Able to provide design and shop drawings under the guidance of Engineers.
- Able to provide advices on altering design changes to suit site condition.
- Tunnelling work experience.
