Resident Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

- Overall responsible for surveying of construction sites for all aspects of Boundary, GPS, Topographic, Control Surveying, land titles etc. for Civil/LTA and MRT projects

- Supervise the survey and coordinate with the construction and design team using approved pre-computation plans to meet clients specifications

- Responsible for the coordination of the whole project as per site progress schedule, liaise with client/authorities on technical issues

- Ensure shop drawings are produced and approved on time with accuracy

- To plan and closely manage the surveying work schedule

- Uses trigonometry and other mathematic functions extensively

- Responsible for providing accurate survey data

- Creates proper drawings on completed survey points installed on site

- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)

Job Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in land surveying, Geology or Civil Engineering, recognized by LSB

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as Registered Surveyor for Civil/ LTA and MRT projects in Singapore

- A registered Surveyor under Land Surveyors Act (issued with a certification of registration)

- Knowledge in CADD using AutoCAD, Civil3D BIM, Revit, MicroStation

- Familiar with and able to interpret structural, architectural and M&E drawings, for coordination work

- Geo Spatial Diploma
