Resident Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and engineering surveys for construction projects, site boundaries, and land titles.

• Establish and verify survey demarcations to guide construction activities.

• Perform pre-computation checks prior to setting out for field surveyors.

• Ensure accuracy of survey data, measurements, and calculations.

• Verify that site buildup aligns with construction plans and drawings.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare engineering drawings and sketches.

• Prepare design drawings, including layouts, elevations, and details.

• Provide drawing modifications and recommend design changes to suit site conditions, under the guidance of Engineers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Land Surveying / Geomatics or equivalent.

• Working knowledge of STAR.NET software.

• Preferably 8 years of post-graduate working experience in civil and building projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D BIM applications.

• Good command of English and/or Mandarin.

• Able to supervise and lead the survey team in handling all survey-related matters.

• Able to prepare design and shop drawings under the guidance of Engineers.

• Able to advise on design modifications to suit site conditions.

• Experience with LTA or infrastructure projects will be an advantage
