Position For Resident Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site routine inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and basic plumbing.
Carry out corrective maintenance and repair where necessary.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance in all work performed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, providing value-added services and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Respond to residents requests and feedback regarding maintenance issues, providing timely and effective support.
Liaise with stakeholders on unresolved technical problems.
Prepare reports and filing of records.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
Willing to work on nights and weekends if required.
Strong problem‑solving and technical diagnostic skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Familiar in R & R Project.
