Job Summary

You will support daily construction activities by coordinating with the Project Manager, managing materials on site, leading the works team, and ensuring accurate reporting to maintain smooth project progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to project plans
• Communicate daily tasks and updates clearly to the Project Manager
• Write and submit detailed daily reports documenting work progress and site conditions
• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of materials used on site to prevent shortages
• Follow up on material requests and ensure timely delivery for uninterrupted site operations
• Lead the works team to execute tasks according to Project Manager instructions, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Able to take off Plumbing/Sanitary/Gas Bill of Quantity.
• Able to work on Tender.
