Job Description

Our Client Is Seeking a Resident Engineer, Mechanical And Electrical To Support The Site Supervisory Requirements Of Their Exclusive Project. The Selected Candidate Should Have The Following Expertise:

shall have experience in solving site clashes/problem with regards to M&E and other disciplines.
shall have experience in closing All RFA/RFI and outstanding works, As-build drawings
verify progress payment claims, all other claims and reports submitted by the contractors;
assist to resolve all site issues, including coordination with adjacent/nearby construction sites and report to the respective project consultants, supervising Qualified Persons
liaise with the contractors on the defect rectification works, track and monitor the progress and ensure that all defects are satisfactory rectified

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognised by PEB Singapore; and
Possess at least 8 years of relevant and practical experience on site;
